Simple Healthy Dinner!

I am not a recipe person.  I don’t really like recipes.  I just don’t have the time or energy for that level of complexity, haha!

When you get used to eating whole foods, the natural flavors become very exciting!  A little sprinkle of sea salt usually gets my taste buds plenty excited the majority of the time.

So, for dinner last night, I made scrambled eggs, lightly cooked spinach/arugula, a little bit of grapefruit, and The Real Coconut tortillas.  It was delish and super quick for this busy Mama to make!
